Because of the Covid-19 pandemic the traditional Whit Monday dancing had to be cancelled, but three members of the side kept the tradition unbroken with a short, unannounced performance at Church Gates that was done in conformity with the prevailing social distancing guidelines (which were easy to follow in Bampton jigs).
